If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Unless a product is specifically marked otherwise, eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 3 days of delivery and must meet the applicable return conditions.

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and may take additional time to appear in the customer's account depending on the payment provider or bank.
